Clint thinks he can smell exhaust gas in the interior of the Never Done Super Duty while he's driving, so today he's going to find out! Clint uses a professional grade carbon monoxide monitor and compares it against a standard wall mounted household carbon monoxide/smoke detector. He does a cold start on the 2005 Ford with the 6.8L Triton V10 and monitors carbon monoxide levels inside the vehicle from the heating vent and shows you the readings as the testing progresses. After testing the lifted truck cold he allows the engine to warm up and tests the CO levels on several different heating modes including defrost. Once the interior testing is complete Clint Grover goes under the hood with the mighty ford 3 valve v10 to see if he can detect any exhaust leaks with the carbon monoxide tester followed by a full walk around of the lifted F350. Clint goes over what levels of carbon monoxide (co) are safe and when the PPM becomes dangerous. Finally he takes the truck out for a drive to compare the results of the parked testing to those in a driving situation followed by a summary of the results he found. www.neverdoneusa.com for Never Done Gear @neverdoneusa on social media
