In this video I will show you how to set up your BMW scanner 1.4 on windows 10 using different PC's to show the solution to problems that you may have encountered. People who have BMWs built between 1988 and 2001 have to use specific BMW 20 pin adapter to access the diagnostics, its located under the hood, look for a big round terminal. The "Double Port" Issue: Some BMWs from the year 2000–2001 have both the round port under the hood and a rectangular OBD2 port inside the cabin. Always use the round port under the hood for diagnostics.
