Hello☺Thank you for watching my video. Today's recipe is for rich, chocolate-filled brownies. The key is to mix the eggs and sugar thoroughly. The silky sugar (granulated sugar in the case of the recipe) dissolves easily in the eggs, while the moist sugar (brown sugar) serves to moisten the brownies. I use two types of sugar, but if you are not comfortable using different types, you can use one type of sugar. Making the brownies with rice flour alone often results in a slightly dry texture, but adding potato starch makes them moist☺. ▷Ingredients (15 cm): 100 g sweet chocolate 90 g unsalted butter 2 whole eggs 50 g sugar 50 g brown sugar Pinch of salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 35 g rice flour 20 g cocoa powder 10 g potato starch ▷How to make: 1. Melt sweet chocolate and unsalted butter in a pot of boiling water until smooth. 2. Add the granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt, and vanilla to the whole egg mixture and mix with a hand mixer until the sugar dissolves. 3. Add the chocolate to the mixture and mix until the mixture becomes sticky. 4. Shake rice flour, cocoa powder, and potato starch and mix. 5. Pour the dough into a mold lined with a cooking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 180℃ for 20-25 minutes. 6. Remove from heat while still in the mold and cut into pieces.
