One of the most important parts of lucid dreaming is controlling the dream once you become aware. Many people struggle with this, which is why I made this video. It takes practice and you need to know the proper steps or else you could become frustrated and wake yourself up. This video goes over some of those things, like teleportation and creating objects out of thin air. If there's something you need help with that's not on the list, comment below and I'll try to help. Once you've experienced lots of lucid dreams, you'll get better and better at controlling things around you and doing whatever you want. You'll have more confidence and stability and will be able to lucid dream for much longer. This video will give you a solid foundation to get started, but remember that lucid dreaming requires practice and it may take a few dreams until you're comfortable controlling everything.
