New details are emerging in the horrific death of 4-year-old Isiah Dionne from South Carolina, whose mother, Destiny Dionne, and her husband, former state trooper Joshua Latimer, are accused of starving and abusing him to death. Prosecutors say the child was so malnourished he weighed just 21 pounds, was forced to drink from a toilet, and slept on the floor with no bed or sunlight. Both parents are charged with murder and remain behind bars without bond as the community reels from what authorities call one of the most disturbing child abuse cases they’ve ever seen.
