If you're watching this video and are looking for a way out of aches and pains- this is your path to natural relief. It's actually really simple. Here's the big secret...Do MORE of what makes you feel better and less of what makes you feel worse. It's that simple... Okay, well...not always- just like with anything in life...it takes work and dedication. In order to accomplish anything in life you need a game plan. If you're in pain and you're looking for a way out...try this simple exercise...it should get you thinking about the way you do everyday things. Take a piece of paper and draw a line down the center...On one side write "WORSE" and on the other write "BETTER." Now, think through your day- really think....from the second you wake up to the second you go to bed- what types of things do you do that make you feel worse? Write them in the "worse" column. Everything that makes you feel better write them in the "better" column. That's the first step... Just getting a sense of what makes you feel worse/better is KEY. Why?... Because when you know what makes you feel worse you can try to change those things so they don't feel as bad...AND at the same time you can do more of what makes you feel better. This will start to tip the scale towards healing and put you on the path to healing. That's all for now...I'll be back with more...the 2nd step to healing.
