No... No it's not very good. A lot of flaws with using this weapon. I don't see anyone actually realistically utilizing it. Damage is too low, no attachment slots, slow to reload. The only advantage is the fact that it's silent. I don't think that's enough to make this an enjoyable weapon to use. Needs a huge buff!
