The owner of this property has just been granted the right to remove everything, inside and out, by a court, as the tenant has refused to remove all the junk after a lengthy legal process. Originally, the homeowner and the tenant were friends, but after this little episode, I would say that they are no longer friends! With the bank threatening to repossess the house, the owners, were desperate to have this place fixed up and ready to go on sale. That where we come in.
