While a fully functional unit can cost over $5,500, we decided to take on this DIY project and restore this abandoned electric UTV for the upcoming hunting season. Our main goal is to build a reliable and silent hunting rig for my dad, so he doesn't have to walk long distances to his stand. In this first part of the series, we evaluate the damage, evict some unwanted tenants, and start the basic electric vehicle maintenance.
