I'm here today to talk about Facelifts. The scars are located in selective and hidden areas so that they're not very obvious. And fortunately, around the ears we are able to hide the incisions kind of behind the ear and then recreate the little sulcus that happens in front so they're is no evidence of that entry point from that site. It's then curved, kind of beveled along the hairline, where the little tuft of hair is in front of the ear and then moved in an upward fashion towards around the eyes where they are pretty much hidden in the hairline. When the area goes behind the earlobe and behind the back of the ear the incision is in that small crease and then a small releasing incision may be required into the hairline to allow movement of any excess tissue from the neck to be brought back and trimmed in that area but the key would be allowing the hairline to be maintained so that there isn't a step off or change in the look of the hair.
