Apply to become speaker at Josh Talks - https://bit.ly/4iDHrxt इस एपिसोड को सुनिए Josh Talks Podcast पर, हिंदी में. जो Exclusively available है Spotify पर - https://open.spotify.com/episode/392J... नसीन कुमार निशांत, जो एक लोअर मिडिल क्लास परिवार से ताल्लुक रखते हैं, बचपन से ही संघर्षों से घिरे रहे। पढ़ाई में वह हमेशा से ही बहुत अच्छे थे। जब उनके पिता ने उन्हें एक अच्छे प्राइवेट स्कूल में दाखिल कराया, तो पहली ही परीक्षा में उनकी रैंक तीसरी आई। इस पर उनके पिता नाराज़ हो गए, और यही बात नसीन को भीतर तक झकझोर गई। उन्होंने खुद में बदलाव लाने का फैसला किया और अगली बार इतनी मेहनत की कि वे सीधे फर्स्ट रैंक लेकर आए। बस, वहीं से उनकी मेहनत और लगन का सफर और मजबूत होता गया। घर में माँ और पिता दोनों कमाते थे, लेकिन अचानक हुई उनकी माँ की मृत्यु ने परिवार को तोड़कर रख दिया। छोटी सी उम्र में नसीन पूरी तरह टूट गए, लेकिन हिम्मत जुटाकर उन्होंने पिता का साथ दिया और अपनी छोटी बहन की ज़िम्मेदारी संभाली। उन्होंने उसकी पढ़ाई, परवरिश और फिर शादी तक हर कर्तव्य पूरा किया। लेकिन इन सब के बाद भी उन्हें महसूस हुआ कि उनके जीवन में कुछ अधूरा है, कुछ ऐसा जिसे उन्हें हासिल करना ही है। फिर उन्होंने SDM बनने की तैयारी शुरू की। कुछ ही समय की कड़ी मेहनत के बाद जब रिज़ल्ट आया, तो पूरा इलाका चौंक गया—नसीन SDM बन चुके थे। लोग उन्हें खुशी से गोद में उठा रहे थे, और वे बिहार के सबसे युवा SDM में से एक बनकर उभरे। उनकी कहानी साबित करती है कि संघर्ष आपको रोक नहीं सकते, यदि आपका इरादा मजबूत हो। Nasin Kumar Nishant, who comes from a lower–middle-class family, grew up watching struggle from a very young age. He was always exceptionally good in studies, and when his father enrolled him in a good private school, he secured the 3rd rank. But instead of appreciating him, his father felt disappointed, which pushed Nasin to work even harder. He disciplined himself, changed his habits, and the very next time, he topped the class with Rank 1. From that moment, he continued moving forward with the same dedication. Both his mother and father worked to support the family, but life hit him hard when his mother passed away unexpectedly. At such a young age, he felt completely broken, yet he gathered himself and stood beside his father, taking responsibility for his younger sister. He supported her education and later got her married, fulfilling his family duties. Even after all this, Nasin felt there was something more he had to achieve, something incomplete within him. That’s when he decided to prepare for the SDM exam. With intense hard work and focus, he appeared for the exam, and when the results were announced, everyone was shocked and overjoyed—Nasin had secured his dream post.
