Rhys Webb (born 9 December 1988) is a Wales international rugby union player who plays at Scrum-half for Ospreys and Wales. In January 2012 he was called into the Wales 35-man senior squad for the training camp in Poland prior to the 2012 Six Nations Championship. He made his full international debut for Wales against Italy on 10 March 2012 as a second-half replacement.
