The former Oregon Duck is of course well acquainted with the state, and diving a bit deeper, her contract with the New York Liberty expires the year before the new franchise tips off. Moreover, the tongue features suede as opposed to leather, delivering a bit more texture and clear tie to the Oregon Ducks’ mascot. 🇫🇷 Comme c’était le cas l’an dernier pour la Sabrina 1, la Sabrina 2 bénéficie du dispositif « Nike By You » qui permet au grand public de personnaliser sa paire aux couleurs de son choix. Un atout qui n’empêche pas Nike de sortir ses propres coloris, dont cette version aux couleurs d’Oregon qui fait son retour sur la Sabrina 2 de la championne WNBA Sabrina Ionescu. La tige est ornée de deux teintes de vert avec pour contraster le tout un « Swoosh » jaune sur l’empeigne et le logo « S » de la joueuse en doré sur la languette. L’ensemble correspond aux couleurs des Oregon Ducks, la fac de Sabrina Ionescu pendant quatre ans, de 2016 à 2020, avant d’intégrer la WNBA. Pour rappel, la Sabrina 2, à la coupe légèrement plus basse, a gardé le même ADN que la chaussure précédente, avec une tige composée de différentes superpositions de mesh, un « Swoosh » imposant sur l’empeigne renforcée par des câbles intérieurs pour le maintien, et une languette en cuir, où le logo « S » de la joueuse, apparaît en évidence.
