Facilities were great, and the staff did a good job at requests put forth by guests. The room was very nice, clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful just in front of the hotel and it was on walking distance from all the clubs in Cancun, but still quiet and private location. Minuses: The WiFi in the room was a bit weak. It took a long time (if at all) to download large files, youtube, etc.
