Here is a truck I found out in the East side of the San Fernando Valley about a week and a half ago. It's unique because its arm runs at idle, as opposed to having an auto-neutral feature. I believe it's essentially a test arm, probably for the city to decide if this is what they want to switch to permanently. As far as I know this is the only truck in the city with this type of arm, with the exception of the 2013 model baby trucks. Thanks to the driver! Filmed in the Van Nuys area on June 10th, 2015.
