If you notice in the field that the Ohaus Ranger/RC31P is in grams or kilos but yet ask for pounds when you attempt to adjust the calibration, perform the reset that’s explained in this video, but only if there’s not a custom set up programmed, cause if you reset set up and theres a custom programming you will default set up back to factory settings, if your setting up a brand new scale and you want to program the power up units to be in grams or kilo or anything else except for pounds before you do that you have to put the scale into the unit of your choice before you choose the power up unit so that when you go to adjust calibration it asks for the same calibration unit,
