Thailand has always been a destination I’ve dreamed of exploring. Inspired by the experiences of writers who have ventured there and the stories from Bay Area writers, I knew it was a place I had to visit. Tenshi and I made it happen. We landed in Bangkok and quickly connected with Cider MSK, Coz GIA, and friends including Sadue, Rgue, Geso, and Fuego. After a few days in the bustling city, we headed north to Chiang Mai. As a motorcycle enthusiast, riding the Samoeng Loop was a must, allowing me to take in the breathtaking temples and natural beauty along the way. Our journey then took us down south to Koh Samui, where we island-hopped between Koh Phangan and Koh Tao. These tropical paradises offered the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure, with plenty of cutty bandos to explore.
