Rest in peace Granny! 1930-2013 My old and sick granny is playing an old song, that she heard when she was a child. It is an ELKA Crescendo 303 organ from the late 70's. It is Italian and actually one of the better brands. This particular model doesn't have drawbars. But the bigger model - Super Artist 707 - had drawbar voices that came very close to a Hammond plus a lot of other stuff (Jean Michel Jarre had one). The song's name is "The dream of Elin" (Drömmen om Elin) or "The Borgholm waltz" (Borgholmsvalsen), and the Swedish accordionist Calle Jularbo was the one who made it famous. It is available both with and without text. In 1969 the singer Tommy Körberg recorded it on a record, and in 1970 it was on the Swedish hitlist "Svensktoppen" for eight weeks.
