Years later ... Dirk is playing Cumberland Gap Tuning fDGCD at E ... eC#F#BC# Thanks to Pete Haynes in the UK for asking me to learn Dirk Powell's great version of the old song Waterbound . Dirk is playing this in saw mill tuning but a half note down or at F# "Dorian" , I played this first in that key so Pete could go back and work with Dirk's clip . I then played it in regular G sawmill or gDGCD for those who want to try this at regular pitch. My chest was waterbound while I worked on this .
