Instead, we are simply making room and letting the body take the lead. Emotions don’t need to be dramatic to be real, and nothing needs to come up for this to be meaningful. Whether you are holding onto tension, stress, or unspoken feelings, this space is for you to soften, move, and release at your own pace. You are in control the whole time. "You didn’t fail by holding things in. You were protecting yourself. And now, you’re learning a different way." How to Prepare Find a quiet place where you won't be interrupted for the next 15 minutes. Sit somewhere comfortable with your feet planted firmly on the floor. AFTERCARE: Please drink water and be gentle with yourself, rest and let your body lead you into self care. Remember: If at any point something feels like too much, simply slow down, pause, and come back to the feeling of your feet touching the ground.
