Let's show you how to copy and paste on a Mac! In this video, I show you a variety of ways to copy and paste on a Mac Desktop or Macbook laptop. First, select the item/text that you want to copy so that it is highlighted in blue. Then click on the Edit button at the top of the screen and click on Copy, then go to where you want to paste the item, click on Edit again and click on Paste. If you want to paste without the original format, you can choose Paste and Match Style instead of just Paste. Another way to copy and paste is to select what you want to select, then right-click if you have a mouse, ctrl-click on your keyboard, or do a double finger tap on your touchpad. Then click on copy. Go to your document or where you want to paste, repeat the right-click, ctrl-click, or double-click and then select Paste or Paste without Formatting. The third method is to use keyboard shortcuts. Again, select what you want to copy and then hold down Command + C, go to where you want to paste and Command + V to paste with formatting or Shift + Command + V to paste without formatting.
