This TherEx Flow is great for beginners to stretch and strengthen appropriately for neck and TMJ dysfunction. Be sure to listen to the cues from your body as we go through this practice; if something causes pain or does not feel right, make adjustments or skip that posture. The purpose of my exercise videos is to provide for you a resource so that you may use movement and body awareness to decrease your pain without pain medication, as well as keeping yourself healthy.
