How do I know that the vision insurance company is going to be there and as I grow they'll be able to grow with me? What do you think is the best way to look at that from my standpoint? Let's assume I'm growing really fast. Daniel: I imagine for any insurance carrier they deal with that all the time -- growth -- you want to see your clients doing well. Charlie: Now I have more employees to put onto it. How can I put those employees on two months down the line? Daniel: Most company HR/Benefits departments are going to have access to do it on their own, if they'd like, simple adds and deletes online. They can go to the carrier's website and do that. Charlie: So as the Head of HR/Benefits, I have the ability to go into that website and do some of that myself? Daniel: Yes. A couple of your team members may have access as well, maybe a handful of people have access. Charlie: Oh, that's nice. Daniel: Larger companies typically do data feeds anyway. Charlie: To do it in bulk? Daniel: Yes. It's like an electronic feed that's all set up at the beginning and then weekly, every other week, or monthly they send the file to their carriers for health, dental, and vision. It's all just updated automatically. Someone sends the file, I'm sure, but I'm not the IT people. Charlie: I guess the important thing here is that we have to make sure that we ask, "How can I do this?" It's clear that we can do it from a good insurance company. Daniel: Right. I imagine from the HR/Benefits standpoint you want the easiest way possible. Charlie: Easiest way for me possible, but the good vision insurance companies have multiple ways? Daniel: Yes, there should be multiple ways to do it. Charlie: Excellent. So you're going to be able to stay up with me as I grow. I'm going to grow real fast. - - - - You know you need great vision and eye care is vital.
