70/30 with TWITCH PARTNER PLUS??

Twitch is launching a new tier of partnership called Twitch Partner Plus. This new role comes with a 70/30 sub split on self-paid and gifted subscriptions. In order to gain access, Partnered streamers will need to have 350 self-paid subscribers for three months in a row, which will guarantee them the 70% split for a period of 12 months. The 70% sub-split is capped at $100,000 in earnings before it drops back down to 50/50. I would prefer had it been without the subscriber requirement. I think 350 is a pretty steep request for most Partnered creators.
