North Yorkshire Moors Railway - Autumn Steam Gala 2016

A Welsh theme for the NYMR Autumn Gala held between September 30th and October 2nd. 2016. The Welsh links were stretched a little as a couple of loco failures meant that other locos had to replace them! Some of the home fleet were renumbered to represent examples which had worked in Wales and guest locos included Standard 4 No.76084, GWR 2-8-0 No. 2807 and 7822 'Foxcote Manor'. The video was filmed on the Friday and Saturday of the gala and includes the following scenes; 76084 and 76079 (as 76038) - Beck Hole 76038 - Water Ark 7822 'Foxcote Manor' - Esk Valley, Beck Hole, Water Ark, Darnholme (piloting 2807), Darnholme again with the early morning charter and Moorgates 2807 - Moorgates 6046 and 76038 - Esk Valley 6046 - Beck Hole 80136 - Esk Valley, Beck Hole, Water Ark and Darnholme 61264 - Green End and Darnholme 63395 - Moorgates 44806 (as 44776) and 76084 - Esk Valley 45428 'Eric Treacy' (as 45344) - Water Ark (piloting 61264) and Moorgates. A very enjoyable gala as always from the NYMR, thanks go to all involved.
