Did you ever see a pipe and thought to yourself, Yup...that one is for me!! Well, that is what I was thinking when I saw this gorgeous Jeppsen / Neerup pipe. For some reason it reminds me of my cherished il Boia pipe by Mastro De Paja but in a mini version. Pipe info. Peder Jeppsen is the mastermind behind Neerup pipes, he started carving pipes as soon as he left school in 1977. Initially he worked with Karl Erik Ottendahl and after that he worked for almost 18 years with Erik Nording. In 2002 he set up his own workshop and started his own brand of pipes, Neerup. The Neerup workshop is in Denmark in a small village named Lejre, just half an hour’s drive from Copenhagen. Lejre is famous for its beautiful landscape and for the many fascinating remains of Vikings and Stone Age settlements. Neerup pipes are made to the highest of quality and all have a Danish flare about them.
