Your printer should be set for PDF at Actual Size or at Custom Size 100%. The pages are set up to work on both Letter and A4 printers and paper. You can use faux, minky, sherpa fleece and fleece to make the trim that surrounds your face. The pattern hood and scarf are design to be made with polar fleece. From a yard or meter of fleece you should be able to make two of them with enough left over to make our fingerless gloves.
