On July 18th, a hundred European activists occupied a slaughterhouse in Niederlehme, Germany. The slaughterhouse already had a reputation for poor treatment of all beings, and a recent spike in COVID cases is enough proof to demand an immediate transition to a healthy, sustainable food industry that avoids countless suffering.
