CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA is quickly becoming one of the most popular tourist destinations. Not just in Africa, but for tourists around the world. Cape Town's popularity is booming, and it's easy to see why... But it's not quite perfect. I spent a month based out of Cape Town, and I quickly fell in love with so many of the things I found there. The food, the culture, the Nature, and most importantly, the JOY and ZEST for Life that the people who live there bring the everyday interactions. The gorgeous Nature and beautiful weather was getting me outside and active more and more often, and I was feeling amazing... at least physically. Mentally I was struggling with something that I saw going on around me-- something familiar to me as someone from the United States. Luckily we can do our part to help! As tourists we represent a large portion of the economy, not just in South Africa, but in many parts of the world. Collectively, it's a lot of financial power.
