Hello Friends! Welcome back to my channel. Today we will make 'Lauki Bhaat/Jabar' in UP Style. It is super tasty and healthy. Please try it once you will just love it. To make it you should follow these tips- 1- Always take new rice, if you don't have new rice then soak regular rice for 30 to 40 Minutes before cooking it. 2- The Quantity of Grated Bottle Gourd/Lauki greater than the Quantity of Rice (1:2 or 1:3). 3- We will use 2.5 Glasses of full cream milk which we will boil and reduce to 2 Glasses (It should be thick and warm). 4- Do not cook the Rice completely, cook it 90% only. 5- Always add Salt Lighter Side than your taste because we have keep Milk'staste Dominant. 6- Its Texture is just like Khichdi. 7- Tempering it is an important step. 8- Cumin Seeds need to be crackle and turn Light Brown or Black while Tempering it. 9- After adding the Tempering to Lauki Bhaat/Jabar, immediately cover it for 5 Minutes. 10- Serve it hot with Mango Pickle or Aloo Gobhi ki Sabji.
