You can do Heaven first then have all the time in the world to do Hell. For some reason throwing a coin at the roof on that part of Hell causes Maynard to go investigate on the upper lever. The kill on the stairwell is kinda precise, but if you copy what I do it should work. Keyhole tricks are used to move Maynard and Eve for easier killing, and the Elevator trick takes care of Heaven. You need to coin hypnotize Eve to push her towards the back of the elevator, otherwise you won't be able to drag her body into the right spot for the door guard to see her and leave his post so you can get the intel. 1:13:00 Amendment XXV Morris will follow you to the end of the earth if he spots you in the office room where the First Lady is. Make sure the guard roaming below is not there before trying to throw Parchezzi out. I got good RNG on the Parchezzi chase which means I got to the top level before him and didn't take much damage, but him killing you is a very real possibility. We donate him the SLP40s because it is silent and doesn't alert guards, and doesn't do much damage. He may get stuck on the chase so go fetch him if he does. Also, has anyone ever done the window trick in Amendment for accident kills before? I kinda discovered it myself and haven't seen it anywhere else in any of the other videos I watched.
