In todays review, we will be taking a look at the Millberget desk chair from IKEA to see if it's right for you. This is one of the most popular desk chairs in IKEA's collection. This swivel chair comes in two different colors, bomstad black and kimstad white. The main features of the Millberget are that you can adjust the height, it contains a tilt option, you can adjust how much resistance you want when leaning back and it comes safety castors which keeps the chair from rolling away. I found this office chair to be pretty comfortable at first. I like how the backrest has some extra lumbar support to make it more ergonomically friendly. The armrests of this desk chair are pretty comfortable as well because it comes with padding on top so leaning on it for longer periods of time won't cause your arms to get sore. I found the seat of this desk chair to pretty comfortable at first as well but its made up of polyurethane foam. The problem with this material is that its durability won't hold over time. At first you may be able to work for up to 8 hours at a time but after a while the foam won't hold its shape and your lower body will get sore. Another minor problem with this office chair is that you sit relatively shallow. If you are a taller person, this office chair might not be for you.
