I'm an online speed chess specialist with wins over expert level players over the board. If you would like more information about me, the channel, or anything else, I have a channel email listed and if you try reaching me and I don't respond, leave a comment! #chess #chessgames #chessopenings #bulletchess #onlinechess #chessmaster #chesstournament #gaming #strategy The argument that some might make regarding shadow bans is "they can do whatever they want." If your brother or sister came home and said: my math teacher is teaching us how to speak french - would you say "it's their classroom?" No, and that's because the argument about shadowbanning is ultimately not an argument about whether or not power dynamics exist. They do. The "it's their website" argument posits that anybody with power over you can do anything they want to you. Since that's not what anybody rational actually believes, the conversation should either be altered to something like "how should websites balance providing a safe experience for visitors while also providing opportunities for everybody to participate?" If anybody fails to have that conversation, they should not be involved in it and are fundamentally unserious people. Thank you for keeping the comments section a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
