Each table has a phenolic grid vacuum plenum with multiple vacuum points for use with gasket material or pods. Equipped with: (3) 10 HP "HSK-63F" ATC Spindles with 10-station traveling tool carousels capable of background tool changing, variable spindle RPM from 1,000 to 18,000, and ceramic bearings for increased life & performance; both routing spindles have 360°, C-axis rotation and can load aggregates from the tool carousel. Additional Features: (3) 12-Spindle boring unit driven by 2.3 HP - 4,000 RPM motor; ; (2) horizontal spindles, (1 x 1) working in the X-axis direction, (2 x 1) working in the Y-axis direction, 60 mm max. boring depth.
