Multispectral Photogrammetry with the OV2312 RGB-IR Sensor
Its possible to create 3D models with multispectral (R,G,B,Near Infrared) using a small global shutter camera that captures all four color channels in each frame. This video provides a brief overview of a camera that uses an Omnivision OV2312 sensor and an infrared notch filter and then shows both false color infrared and a true color 3D models created from images captured with that camera. Agisoft Metashape, standard edition, software was used for the photogrammetry processing and was run separately on the false color infrared and the true color images.
