By the way, it's easy to make too! The recipe below can cater for 4-5 pax. Gentle reminder: Be careful when boiling the soybean milk! It will foam up and overflow when it's brought to a boil. Please use a bigger pot, turn to lower heat when it starts boiling and open the lid. 🚩Important note: Boil soybean milk over medium high heat. Cook around 5-8 minutes, keep stirring. Keep an eye as the milk will foam easily when it's boiling.
