The way this mission normally works is each group of enemies comes in turn, then one of the officers jumps down, then when he's at half health the other comes in. Or you can just hit them both at the start to bring them in right away alongside the enemies, leading to a pretty crazy and very fun fight and one of the closest things to the old Tiger's Loyal Subjects next to that one Thousand Mile Journey floor that has a bunch of weak NPC officers at once. I have another video of me doing this on the previous difficulty but there's no real need to bring over both, it'll always be there to view anyway. Also that water mist spell is one of the most underrated spells in the game, an extremely fast 360 AoE with long active frames that's not only good at interrupting for defence but it even blinds enemies to throw off their tracking to let you readjust. Another powerful group fight tool how about that. The only reason I eventually swapped it out is because 8 spell slots is still nowhere near enough when you have a total of like 100 from 5 different elements.
