Upcycle Transform Frames with Costume/ Cosmetic Jewelry & Air Dry Clay Rustic Country Valentine Decor Join me in this tutorial as I upcycle four thrifted and gifted frames into heart rustic designs with cosmetic jewellry and make air dry clay roses and baroque castings. My good and kind hearted neighbor Mr Don, gifted me many of his beautiful and talented late wife's, Kiki, frames and costume jewelry and three of these frames are from Kiki's stash. The largest frame is 11" x 9" that I purchased from estate sale several years ago, and I was so disappointed at the time because it was plastic with the beautiful scroll and carved designed.
