In this edition of the Urban Debate, Tanvi Shukla takes us through the new set of guidelines issued by the Government of India for the digital platforms. The users can now file a complainst with the platform’s grievance cell. Each platform will have their own grievance cell in India itself and also the complaint will be resolved in a time bound manner.
