Travelers no longer need to complete or present arrival or departure cards when passing through immigration clearance. There are no longer any requirements to submit Covid-19 test results or vaccination certificates. Arrival follow the signs to Immigration. The ride itself takes around 6 minutes, or approximately 13 minutes including waiting time. For arrivals at gates 40–80, passengers typically walk through a dedicated arrival corridor with moving walkways, which takes about 20–25 minutes to reach the Immigration Hall. Alternatively, you may take the APM, which shortens the journey to around 10 minutes including wait time. If your flight arrives closer to the main terminal, such as at gates 1–36, you can walk directly to Immigration, which usually takes between 5 to 15 minutes, depending on your pace.
