Whatever you`re not changing, you`re choosing. Take control. I saw the first half of this quote a while back and linked it to my current sentiment about being isolated for so long. It`s in our hands (if we`re in decent health and have no fundamental worries about our survival) to take control and turn this negative into something positive somehow.
