Drone footage showed severe flooding in the Russia-controlled Ukrainian town of Nova Kakhovka, hours after a torrent of water burst through a dam on the Dnipro River that was destroyed on Tuesday. The Kremlin said it was Ukraine that had sabotaged the dam. On the Russia-controlled bank of the Dnipro, the Moscow-installed mayor of Nova Kakhovka said water levels had risen to 11 metres and residents were evacuated.
