Hours and hours of research and video takes, all compiled to give you insight as to the process of buying a Chateau in France. From concept, style and shopping to what to look for and what to not. The details of making an offer, the process of the purchase, and receiving your keys. We use our Chateau as an example and discuss the financial end of the deal, what we paid, how much all of the taxes and fees were, as well as the win or loose situation of exchange rates.
