Herb Rice Recipe: Basmati Rice - 1 Cup Butter - 2 tbsp Garlic (minced) - 1 tbsp Dried Mixed Herbs - 1 tbsp Red Chilli Flakes - ½ tsp Salt - 1 tsp Red Bell Pepper (finely chopped) - ½ no Cooking Instructions: 1. Wash and soak the rice for 20 mins 2. Boil the rice until 90% done. 3. Strain and set aside. 4. In a pan heat butter and add the garlic. Saute until light brown. 5.
