[VRC6 8-bit] Persona 4 - Reach Out to the Truth

i spent so much time rendering this video omg This is a j0cc-Famitracker chiptune cover of Reach Out to the Truth by Shoji Meguro (performed by Shihoko Hirata and Tamari, written by Reiko Tanaka). I actually started working on this in February for a friend's birthday and originally planned for this to be multichip (S5B+VRC6) JUST so I wouldn't have to resort to using DPCM for drum samples, but I only came back to it when P4G came out on PC a few weeks ago LOL. Then I realized how cluttered it looked and convoluted it would sound to have S5B, so I ended up scrapping it and keeping VRC6 and using DPCM samples. I also mixed this in stereo a little bit just so some parts can hit a little harder, but you can listen in mono and it'll still sound good. To make up for the lack of vocals (I just wouldn't do them justice!!), I used melodies from the BBTag remix and Dancing All Night victory themes. j0cc-Famitracker is a fork of Famitracker developed by nyanpasu64 Visualizer is OVGen (I just reset my PC so getting this to work again was the hardest part) """"Mixed"""" in Audacity Video done in Vegas Movie Studio (the background is greenscreened!!!
