WILD Trip inside Cozy Bookshelf Insert Art - Book Nook Tutorial!

Hey there! Let's make a cozy bookshelf insert nook inspired by the Grand Canyon, and the art of Serena Supplee. This tutorial will take you on a journey to make a book nook using materials you may already have around your home. This book shelf nook will bring the feeling of the Grand Canyon home. You'll also learn why I plan very loosely, never fall in love with my work, and let the piece dictate the direction. I'll also talk about the pros and cons of some of the materials I use. This piece is a mash-up of the visual inspiration I got at the Grand Canyon with the concept of all the stories along the way. I was also massively inspired by the visual artist Serena Supplee https://www.serenasupplee.com/ In this work I use: Cardboard cake sheets Celuclay (not sponsored) Polymer clay LED string lights Basswood Photo paper I use Winsor & Newton Galeria acrylic paint. I go through a lot of paint and I like the way it works on the canvas for the price per tube. It's also highly available in my area.
