in this video I will use dremel attachements, and compare speed to original dremel rotary tool that costs over one hundred dollars. I purchased this kit for 8.86 canadian dollars however there is a similar kit you can buy for cheaper. it cost about 2.50 canadian dollars which is equivalent to less than 2 US dollars however cheaper kit doesn't contain drill bits, and I am not certain about the size of motor nor speed of motor of the cheaper kit. I will order one cheaper kit and make another video review (subscribe to get notification on upcoming reviews so you don't miss out). kit description (kit reviewed in this video): 12V 8000RPM Brush DC Electric Motor + 7x 3.175mm Brass Chuck +16xTwist Drill Kit kit link (kit reviewed in this video): https://www.ebay.ca/itm/12V-8000RPM-B... kit description (cheaper kit without drill bits): 8Pcs 0.5-3mm Electric Drill Bit Collet Mini Twist Drill Tool Chuck Set Pretty kit link (cheaper kit without drill bit): https://www.ebay.ca/itm/8Pcs-0-5-3mm-... note: dremel tools take 3 mm collet, both kits described above contain 3 mm collet, so both should work with dremel attachements. if you don't want to buy the motor kit, you could buy collets or chuck kits alone, any collet/chuck kit can work with dremel attachements as long as it contains 3 mm collet size. it's probably better to buy collet/chuck kit if you own a more powerful motor, just make sure the collet has same diameter as your motor shaft, these collets will fit on most small 12v motors, it would not fit well on larger motors because they have larger shafts. disclaimer: this is unbiased review as I don't get funded by any of these sellers. please follow safety precautions when using diy tools.
