On June 3rd, 2024, officers in Ohio began receiving 911 calls reporting a woman causing disturbances across different stores. Officers were dispatched to a McDonald’s after receiving two phone calls about a customer causing a public disturbance. Upon arriving, officers met with the customer and the manager, who had each called in to report the female customer who had caused the disturbance. The female customer had been swearing and threatening both staff and employees, forcing staff to ask her to leave. Despite telling the woman to leave, she refused until officers were called. Based on her description, officers located the woman shortly after, and she denied having a fight at the store. Later, on June 5th, officers were called to a local Starbucks for reports of the same woman causing another public disturbance and threatening customers. Days later, an officer met with the woman to deliver a notice, informing her that any further telecommunication harassment would result in her arrest. The next day, officers told the woman of a warrant for her arrest, prompting her to flee in her car. Officers arrested the suspect, who resisted officers' attempts to place her in handcuffs, where she was taken to jail.
