🍮 If you're looking for a delicious and classy dessert that requires no mixer, no special tools, and no prior experience — this tutorial is just for you! Follow me step by step to make a beautiful and tasty three-layer panna cotta — perfect for parties, cozy afternoon treats, or a sweet moment just for yourself. 🧾 Ingredients: Milk: 1 kg Sugar: 200 g Breakfast cream: 200 g Vanilla: ¼ tsp (I added 1 extra tsp for more aroma — optional) Gelatin powder: 3 tbsp Golden instant coffee: 2 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder: 2 tbsp Water: 1 glass Silicone mold Individual dessert cups Colored sprinkles for decoration 👩🍳 Instructions: 1. Warm the milk and add the sugar. Stir until fully dissolved. 2. Pour the mixture into a bowl and add the cream and vanilla. (If you like, add a bit more vanilla like I did.) 3. Mix well until smooth. 4. Dissolve the gelatin with water over steam (double boiler) and add it to the mixture. Stir again. 5. Divide the mixture into three equal parts (about 5 ladles per bowl). 6. Add coffee to one, cocoa to another, and leave the third plain. Stir each separately until fully blended. 7. Place the silicone mold in the freezer for 30 minutes, then lightly grease it. 8. Pour 3 ladles of the cocoa layer first, refrigerate for 30 minutes. 9. Then pour 3 ladles of the coffee layer, refrigerate again. 10. Finally, pour 3 ladles of the plain layer and refrigerate until fully set. 11. Repeat the same steps for the individual dessert cups. 12. Once set, unmold and serve. 13. Decorate with grated chocolate and sprinkles. 14. Dust powdered sugar and add chocolate rolls on top of the cups.
