Special Breakfast Omelette recipe for sehri.So put something new on the table today. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #Breakfast #Omelette #Recipes Written Recipe: https://bit.ly/3xnzDb7 Ingredients: -Cooking oil 2-3 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large -Aloo (Potatoes) small cubes 2 medium -Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 2 medium -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp -Anday (Eggs) 5-6 -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp -Hari mirch (Green chillies) whole 3-4 -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions: -In a frying pan,add cooking oil,onion & sauté until translucent. -Add potatoes,mix well & cook until light golden (5-6 minutes). -Add tomatoes & mix well,cover & cook on low flame until tomatoes are soft (4-5 minutes). -Add salt,black pepper powder,mix well & cook for a minute. -Add eggs one by one,red chilli crushed & green chillies,cover & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes. -Sprinkle fresh coriander,cut into slices & serve with paratha & tea. Recipe in Urdu: Ajza: -Cooking oil 2-3 tbs -Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 large -Aloo (Potatoes) small cubes 2 medium -Tamatar (Tomatoes) chopped 2 medium -Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste -Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp -Anday (Eggs) 5-6 -Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp -Hari mirch (Green chillies) whole 3-4 -Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped Directions: -Frying pan mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur translucent huany tak sauté ker lein. -Aloo dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein (5-6 minutes). -Tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per tamatar naram ho janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes). -Namak aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein. -Ek,ek ker ka anday shamil karein,lal mirch crushed aur hari mirchein dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein. -Hara dhania dal dein,slices mein cut karein,paratha aur chai ka saath serve karein.
